Hempel Special Metals has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Paul Brock as Director of Group Aerospace and Felipe Augusto as Head of Commercial Development (UK).
The appointments support continued growth across aerospace and other highly regulated sectors, reinforcing both technical leadership and commercial capability as Hempel expands its global service centre network and customer support offering.
Paul Brock joins Hempel with extensive experience in aerospace supply and programme-critical environments. As Director of Group Aerospace, he will lead the development and execution of Hempel’s aerospace strategy across the group.
His focus will be on supporting customers operating in some of the world’s most demanding engineering and manufacturing sectors, where compliance, technical expertise and security of supply are critical to success.
Felipe Augusto joins as Head of Commercial Development for the UK, bringing a strong background in steel products, international supply chains and complex engineering programmes.
Working closely with customers and Hempel’s international service centres, Felipe will play a key role in strengthening programme support capabilities, developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth across key markets.
