Hempel Special Metals provides materials for the manufacture of Metallic Gaskets - Spiral Wound, Kammprofiles, Jacketed Gaskets and Ring Joints. 

From our UK stock for immediate dispatch according to customer dimensions and specifications we offer sheet, plate and precision strip (Oscillate wound or pancake coil).

Thickness - From 0.1mm (0.004")  or Typical Gasket Thickness 0.18mm (0.007")

Processed in house according to customer specific requirements.

Sheet and Plate 

Thickness from 0.5mm (0.020") - Typical Gasket Thickness 3.18mm  (0.125")   

Width from 914mm -  Typical Gasket Width 1500mm  (59")

We process the materials in accordance with customer specific requirements on our slitting and decoiling lines, ensuring adherance to exacting precision tolerances. Materials are supplied packaged to customer requirements, Oscillate Wound on Bobbins or in Pancake coils and sheets packed fully protected. We supply our product globally to all the major Gasket OEMs from the UK.
